Shipping and return policy


For custom made products (cowhide rugs, poufs and chairs) you may exercise your right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you decide to cancel it, you should contact us as soon as possible. Because these items are custom made we are unable to accept cancellation after this time. Orders cancelled after the 24 hour period but not yet shipped may be cancelled and refunded subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% depending on the stage of the production of your order. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

For natural shaped cowhides you can cancel your order without any charge if it has not been shipped yet. If the order has been shipped we are unable to accept the cancellation.

Free proofing service

Our highest priority is to satisfy our customers, for that reason we offer for free a proofing service for all our orders. We are going to send photos of the actual item/s that we will ship you. Once you approve the item/s we will proceed with the shipment.

For items that are in stock we will send you photos of your order approx.. after 2 – 3 business days since we receive your order. Busy season and holiday season will take longer ( 3 -7 business days.)

For cowhide rugs orders we will send you photos of your custom made cowhide rug approx.. within 25 days of order placement, before we finish assembling and stitching it. After that, once you approve it, the production of your rug will be finished within the next 10 days after your approval. Immediately after the production of the rug is finished, we will ship it to you.

Return policy

As you will receive photos of the actual item or items that you ordered, if you approved the photos, no return is acceptable. When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. Claims for defective products due to manufacturing or shipping issues are accepted within 14 days since you receive the order. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not be attended. In case of a claim correctly received within 14 days since delivery, for a defective product we can proceed in one of the following ways:

Option 1: We can send you a replacement, with the same specifications as you originally ordered.

Option 2: We can give you a note of credit for the amount of your original order that you can use to buy anything from our store.

In case of a defective product please contact us as soon as possible informing us the details of the problem and please send us photos of the issue. Also, please notify which of the 2 options detailed above you prefer.

We cannot accept claims due to size, color or design miscalculation on your end. So, please make sure to measure your space and chose the right design and color when placing your order.

Shipping information

All orders are shipped with DHL Worldwide Express for free.

Once we ship your order, we are going to inform you a tracking number.

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Argentina, for that reason you may be subject to import customs duties and taxes which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. DHL will contact you when your order is about to be delivered, requesting payment of any duties and/or taxes that may be required before they make the final delivery.
